10 Swansea Students On Exchange Visit To UTG

A group of ten students and a guide from Swansea University are currently on an exchange visit to the University of The Gambia (UTG).

The medical students from the Wales-based university are expected to go on clinical rotations at various hospitals including the Edward Francis Small Teaching Hospital, Medical Research Council and Sheikh Zayed Eye Care Centre.

The two universities enjoy a strong partnership that avails their medical students the opportunity to engage in fruitful exchange visits.

As part of the activities during the course of the two weeks, they went on a conducted tour across rural Gambia with the medical students from the UTG.
