The IT Department has developed a new and unique way of connecting to the UTG campus WiFi for Internet connectivity across all the campuses. Below are the steps to follow:
- Please identify and select your network SSID:
- For students: UTG-Student-WiFi
- For Faculty & Staff: UTG-Staff-WiFi
- Please follow the steps below to get connected to the Internet by selecting the configurations as depicted in the snapshots below.
For Android Phones
For Windows Computers
Please confirm that you are using your UTG email password and not your UTG portal password, this can be verified by logging into your utg email on your browser. If successful use the same credentials for the wifi, if not try using the correct email and password, if after several attempts you are still unable to log in please contact the IT Department to reset your utg email password for you and then try again with the resetted password.
Please note that the procedures are the same for both Students and Staff on all kinds of platforms.
