Apply for Mc Programs   in Public Health (MPH) and Occupational and Environmental Health (MSPH)

1-The School of Graduate Studies and Research, University of The Gambia, is pleased to invite applications for admission into the 2-year Master of Science Degree Programs   in Public Health (MPH) and Occupational and Environmental Health (MSPH)

Entry Requirements:

To be admitted to the MPH or MSPH degree programme, candidates must satisfy the prescribed minimum conditions for Admission to the graduate programme in Public Health in The University of The Gambia.

1.      Candidates must hold at least a baccalaureate degree (i.e. BA or BSc) from an accredited institution of learning with a minimum CGPA or CQPA of 3.00 based on a 4.00 point scale or with its equivalent on a different scale.

2.      Undergraduate preparation must also include previous coursework with five (5) credits at GCE/WASSCE level including English Language, Mathematics and any science subjects.

3.      Candidates whose undergraduate degree was not taught in English Language must provide evidence of Proficiency in English language

2-The School of Graduate Studies and Research, University of The Gambia, is also pleased to invite applications for admission into its Post Graduate Diploma Programme  in Health Promotion

Entry Requirements:

Candidates must hold at least a bachelor’s degree (i.e., BA or BSc) from an accredited institution of learning with a minimum CGPA or CQPA of 2.5 based on a 4.00-point scale or its equivalent on a different scale. Undergraduate preparation must also include previous coursework with five (5) credits at GCE/WASSCE level, which MUST include the English Language.

The application fee is D500.00 and candidates are required to apply online through www.utg.gm and click on the apply link to fill the form and submit. The Deadline for submission of applications is October 24th  2022. Please note that all receipts obtained from the University are to be uploaded on the applications for timely processing.
